Our Mission
NWIStrong.com is a directory website acting as a free resource to small businesses, nonprofits, and the people who utilize them to support our community and neighbors in a time of uncertainty and fear.
Our Background
Talking to friends, family, and each other, we realized the growing issues brought to the Region with the COVID-19 pandemic would continue to compound unless we started fighting back.
While practicing the recommended social distancing, we came together digitally to launch Northwest Indiana Strong.
NWIStrong.com is a free resource created by the local team at WeCreate Media for small businesses, non-profit organizations, and the Northwest Indiana community. In this time of uncertainty, it is our goal to bring information and awareness to the Region.
WeCreate isn’t just a part of the community because we all happen to work here – our team is made up of a cross-section of what makes Northwest Indiana a truly incredible place to call home. We are a creative team that thrives on solving the most challenging of problems for our partners.
Officially launched in March 2020, our goal with NWI Strong is to become an important go-to resource during and following the COVID-19 pandemic.
We will be working with towns, cities, medical professionals, and community leaders to connect those in need with the resources they require to thrive.
